At InkStream Creations, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Eligibility for Refunds – Ready-to-Press Designs Only
We only offer refunds or replacements for Ready-to-Press sublimation designs if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect file, missing elements, or formatting issues). If you believe there is a mistake with your purchase, please reach out within 14 days of purchase with your order number and details (including screenshots of the issue).
Non-Refundable Items
❌ Digital downloads, printables, and custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
❌ Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
Refund Process for Eligible Items
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that you have the necessary equipment and knowledge to use and print the digital file. All sales of digital/printable products are final and non-refundable. Additionally, the quality of the final printed product may depend on the quality of your printer and the paper used.
